The estate's two allotments are at the heart of the Rockingham community. Managed collectively by residents, they grow seasonal vegetables, fruit, and flowers — and provide a space for connection, learning, and quiet. For the past 2 years we are being supported by Burgess Park Nursery who have been providing seedlings for our 40+ members of our allotment community
Apiary
We have a working bee hive. In the past we have produced honey for the community to sell at the market for fundraising. We have recently funded more bees who are settling in well. Apiary
Orchards
Pick your own across our multiple orchards, we are encouraging residents to connect to the produce surrounding them and become more aware of their food. Orchards
